The manufacturer of plastic components and assemblies uses various solutions in the company’s cloud to gain efficiencies and underpin its growth.

Albano Cozzuol, a company specialized in the manufacture of plastic parts and components in Argentina and one of the leaders in its segment in the Mercosur, chose SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions to obtain greater agility and visibility of the business.

The SAP S/4HANA project had two fundamental objectives: one was to replace an inflexible system, which did not provide the required solutions and hindered the growth of the organization, and the other was to integrate everything in a single tool with power and future projection.

In this sense, SAP S/4HANA brought efficiency to the administrative, production, logistics and maintenance areas of all its plants located in La Plata, General Pacheco, Malvinas Argentinas, in the province of Buenos Aires, and Río Grande, in Tierra del Fuego.

This modernization increases the company’s development and production capacity, including the human resources area, where SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll module) and SAP Analytics Cloud were implemented for greater end-to-end clarity in talent management and information management.

The implementation, which was largely done remotely took approximately 11 months, was carried out by SAP’s business partner, Process Technologies, with extensive experience in similar initiatives.

“With these solutions we seek to work much more efficiently and have real-time information that allows us to have more visibility of the entire business and accompany our growth in the country and the region,” said Leandro Rodriguez, CFO of Albano Cozzuol.
